A 25 year attorney handling corporate transactions and a former CPA with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and a.  A former Franchise Attorney, General Counsel for RE/MAX of Florida and Director of Legal Matters for Fiskars, USA, Mr. Donaghy brings decades of negotiation and transactional experience to Summit from both sides of the table.   Kevin has advised and represented clients on hundreds of business transactions.

John Turner Cone, CPA, CBVA
Cone & Associates

Certified Public Accountant and Certified Business Valuation Analyst with over two decades of business transactional and sales experience.  Mr. Cone has advised on transactions in over thirty industries and is experienced in evaluation and tax strategies at the Federal, State and International Level.
